Per Hour - Rates start at $250 per hour depending upon subject matter and needs. Time is sold in 5-hour blocks.
Per Package – Package prices vary, and estimates may increase based on the state, size of the project, levels of care provided, and potential obstacles.
Customized Package – All packages may be tailored based on individual needs. Modifications and a la carte services may be added or removed to adjust costs.
Our pricing for bundled packages and a la carte services vary per state, type of healthcare facility, and how much work has already been completed on your side.

Dr. Hall offers the necessary expertise to expand beyond the industry’s current traditional healthcare approach. Her operational direction is designed to maximize the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care through outstanding clinical leadership, regulatory and payor compliance, data-driven metrics, standardization, and positive patient outcomes. She uses problem-solving process improvement strategies and provides data-driven methodologies that are designed to make business processes more efficient and effective.
Dr. Hall’s professional knowledge is based on 25 years of experience working in the mental health and substance use fields. She has held previous leadership roles as a university department lead and professor of higher education, national director of operations for mental health and substance use care, and senior executive of clinical quality in a large substance use treatment network.

Gina Nicholas BSN, RN
Gina Nicholas RN is a leading expert in the ever-changing healthcare compliance and nursing fields. Her commonsense approach empowers companies to define realistic goals, amplify strengths, and achieve top-decile performance. By establishing effective cross-departmental governance and regulatory alignment, she helps create a culture of accountability and effective care that improves overall financial acumen.
Gina's professional knowledge has been accumulated from over 20 years of nursing and healthcare leadership. Her experience includes working as a Director of Nursing, dialysis Regional Clinical Nurse Manager, and an Executive Nurse for a large Co-occurring Substance Use treatment company. She has also provided compliance and accreditation consulting for startup companies as well as nationally recognized industry leaders.
